Integrated Statistical Service Standard of Statistics of Langsa Municipalitiy 2021

In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. Public Service Providers are obliged to prepare and establish Service Standards in their environment. Related to this, Langsa City BPS has held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity as well as the Determination of Public Service Standards for the Langsa City BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) on September 13, 2021.
In this activity, BPS Langsa City as a public service provider together with community representatives as users of Langsa City BPS public services and resource persons in the field of public services, have resulted in an agreement on Public Service Standards for five types of services within the Central Bureau of Statistics of Langsa City as follows :
1. Library Service Standards
2. Statistical Consultation Service Standards through Offline Media / Come Directly
3. Statistical Consultation Service Standards through Online Media
4. Publication Sales Service Standards through Offline/Directly Coming Media
5. Recommended Service Standards for Statistical Activities.
With the standard of integrated statistical services, it is hoped that the public can gain more clarity and satisfaction in obtaining statistical services at BPS Langsa City.
